Krokus primarily works with Manufacturer Sales Representatives to help bring their retail visions to life. We strive to increase brand awareness and recognition by working closely with retail staff at the customer level to help drive sales and increase product sell through.

We work with each sales representative individually to create clear goals, objectives and responsibilities.

Our target market is Manufacturer Sales Representatives who are looking to increase in-store presence to help grow their brand; as well as brands looking for assistance with marketing and instore related services. We focus on retail products in the outdoor fashion and function categories as well as utility products.

Our Story

I worked in retail for many years and always looked forward to the days when I knew that a tech rep. would be coming in. I was always eager to learn about the latest products and technologies so that I could build up a higher level of customer service and enhance my customers buying experience.

I always wondered how tech rep.'s got their job, and what that life would be like. Needing a change, I came across a Field Service Representative posting for KEEN Footwear. I got the position, and took a leap outside of my comfort zone. Everyday I went to work and never quite knew what my day was going to be like, and I loved it. This position gave me the opportunity to grow as a person and to develop many new skills. I was always greeted with a challenge and learned something out of it. While I was in this position it really taught me how to connect with people and that there is always room to grow and learn.

As I started attending more events, and dinners while working at KEEN I realized there were some gaps in the industry, and one common theme:

There are not enough hours in a day.

An agent's To-Do Lists kept getting longer and there just aren't enough hours in a day to check everything off. They all wished that they had an assistant or somebody that could lend a helping hand. I was approached during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic to help with some projects. The word of my start-up got out, and now here I am.

We now have happy customers from coast to coast.
